Cariloha loyalty card intended to reward customers and to promote recurring store visits.
Bamboo clothing, bedding and bath goods retailer, Cariloha, recently introduced its loyalty card to Cariloha customers worldwide. Available exclusively at Cariloha stores, the card is intended to reward customers for shopping and to promote recurring visits to Cariloha stores.
In addition to Cariloha having a growing tourist clientele, it also has an equally expanding local customer base that frequently visits and purchases Cariloha’s bamboo-based clothing, bedding and bath goods. Several Cariloha store owners have requested a customer loyalty card to encourage customers to shop more frequently.
The Cariloha Loyalty Card contains 10 ovals with $25 printed on each one. For every $25 customers spend, they’ll receive one bamboo stamp on their loyalty card. They can then redeem their completed card at any Cariloha store for $25 off a future purchase. Cariloha Corporate Headquarters is facilitating the creation and distribution of these loyalty cards to Cariloha stores and is paying half the cost.
“Because a lot of Cariloha customers are visiting from out of town, they won’t all benefit from the loyalty card as much as a customer who lives nearby or frequently visits any given Cariloha store location,” said Scott Brady, AVP of Communication. “Customers who express interest in some other way; i.e., asking where we have other stores, or if we have other stores near where they live, are great candidates for the card, and will benefit from it.”
Cariloha Bamboo products come with a 90-day quality guarantee. If they don’t live up to the customers’ expectations, Cariloha will replace them without reservation.
