Cariloha Friday! is followed by the Sweetest Day of the year next to Valentine’s Day, which gives you a heaven-sent opportunity to say or do something sweet for a loved one. Maybe too much time has passed since you told your Dad how much love and appreciate him. Now you have an excuse for saying so. Clearly, we need more days like this so that we can all show a little more sweetness toward our circle of friends and family members. Think how different the world might be if we had more days when the vast majority were sweet instead of crabby.
As you venture out this sweet weekend, be sure to get your Cariloha style on, letting it inspire your unique talents to do something kind for a neighbor or friend. Show your sweet side for friends, neighbors and family.
Sing the Star Spangled Banner and make a new friend (today), then, share some fruit with a loved one and go out of your way to be extra sweet (tomorrow), next, count your button, enjoy a slice of pumpkin cheesecake, and babble on a little more than usual (Sunday), finally, help clean up your yard, park and neighborhood and share a can of nuts with your family (Monday). Happy Sweetest Day Weekend!
However you choose to approach your weekend, make it a memorable time and don’t forget to wrap up in your Cariloha bamboo-soft clothing, sheets or towels every day.
