Dear Cariloha,
During a recent vacation to Puerto Rico, we stopped at your beautiful Cariloha store. I wanted to let everyone at Cariloha know that my husband and I had the best time in the store. All the employees were putting the bamboo leis on every customer who entered the store – they were funny and outgoing, and they were very helpful and knew a lot about the bamboo products.
We had so much fun in the store – something I didn’t expect from a retail shopping experience. My husband and I both work in the customer service field, and we’re completely blown away with how the Cariloha store was handling every customer. We really appreciated it. We weren’t vacationing from a cruise ship, but the store still honored the $20-off promotion on your bamboo sheets, which we purchased. It was very generous and great customer service all around.
