If you were to ask me what the recipe for perfect sleep was, I would have to answer with; cool fresh air, essential lavender oil and soft, tight, clean sheets. There is no doubt that here in North Carolina fall is definitely in the air. This is my favorite time of year for many reasons. The biggest reason is the cool crisp air that we can bring inside with open windows. While some may think it sounds silly or even scary, I sleep the best when the windows are open. In addition to fresh air, I love clean sheets tucked in tightly. I am the type of person to hang onto a pair of sheets for years because I simply hate that new sheet stiffness. Finally, the most intriguing fact to me is that bamboo is clean. It’s both hypoallergenic and naturally antibacterial.
