HARVEST
We harvest our bamboo from vast, self-replenishing bamboo fields. Once cut, it grows right back. We can hardly keep up with bamboo’s rapid growth.
SEASON
After harvesting, we give our bamboo time to dry – seasoning it with the heat of the day and the passage of time. That’s why it’s strong as steel, yet soft as silk.
HUSK
We make intricate cuts in the bamboo stems to extract the fleshy cellulose fibers from the exterior husk. Every husk yields a bumper crop of golden bamboo fibers.
SEPARATE
We pass our bamboo cellulose through spinneret nozzles into a pool of our GOTS-certified solution, which separates the cellulose fibers into bamboo threads for weaving.
WEAR IT
Taking the bamboo threads, we can now sew apparel, bedding, bags and bath goods with our bamboo fabric. It’s so comfortable you can actually feel the difference.
FEEL THE BAMBOO-SOFT DIFFERENCE
It’s twice as soft as cotton and 3 degrees cooler. It’s also antibacterial, hypoallergenic and eco-friendly.
