The Cariloha San Antonio store is located in The Shops at La Cantera in northwest San Antonio, not far from the legendary Alamo, where Davy Crockett made his last stand. It’s also not too far from the River Walk dining, shopping and boat rides.
1.Walk the River Walk. Meander along the the San Antonio River Walk, which is a network of walkways along the banks of the San Antonio River, one story beneath the streets of Downtown San Antonio. It’s lined by bars, shops and restaurants one level down from the main driving street. It winds and loops under bridges as two parallel sidewalks lined with restaurants and shops, connecting the major tourist draws from the Alamo to Rivercenter Mall, to the Arneson River Theatre, to Marriage Island, to La Villita, to HemisFair Park, to the Tower Life Building, to the San Antonio Museum of Art, and the Pearl Brewery. During the annual springtime Fiesta San Antonio, the River Parade features flowery floats that float down the river.
2. Remember the Alamo. When in San Antonio, visiting the Alamo is a must. The missions of the San Antonio Missions National Historical Park along with the Alamo, became part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites on July 5, 2015. And, the San Antonio Missions became the 23rd U.S. site on the World Heritage List, which includes the Grand Canyon and the Statue of Liberty. It’s the first site in the state of Texas to be on the World Heritage List. Going on a weekday in the morning hours is the best time to go, especially if you want a fairly quiet, guided tour.

Being one of the largest cities in the United States, San Antonio not only has its own unique flare and flavor by way of architecture and food, but it also plays host to SeaWorld, Six Flags, the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs, and a wealth of historical museums.
