When I was offered an adjustable bed base to test out, at first I hesitated. Weren’t adjustable beds for sick, injured, or very elderly people? Sure, I’m well into my 40s now and starting to feel the aches and pains that come along with aging, but I’m hardly ready for a nursing home, let alone a hospital.
